The Cooler Restaurant & Bar has a lot to offer its diverse clientele. In other words, “we’ve got it all!!” We are open daily at 6am for breakfast, feature tasty lunch specials, have a great happy hour, and know how to party late night. Also, minors are welcome daily until 4pm, so bring the kids! The Cooler has an open floor plan, but several cozy couches and armchairs make for the perfect spot to see any number of our large, flat-screen TVs. And of course, the 15-foot big screen can be seen from virtually anywhere in the bar. |
We pride ourselves on the unique historic building that houses our establishment. The Cooler was founded in 1967 and we continue to draw many of the original regulars! Though the business is rooted in history, we also do our best to adapt to the ever-changing wants and needs of our customers. For example, we feature three pool tables, but on game days, sports are in the spotlight, and we move them to create extra seating. We’ve also got a draw-bridge style stage for live music.
The Cooler offers ample free parking, great proximity to Autzen Stadium, good food, local brews, and creative cocktails. We invite you to experience how our knowledgeable, high-energy staff works hard to make customers feel welcome and at home.
